From time to time we have vacancies in both our Head Office in the UK and within our global store network.

 

Members of the very elite Irregular Choice team are expected to represent the brand and its ethos. Irregular Choice is known as fun, bright, and quirky. We offer a little piece of fantasy that customers can take away with them and this is what we want them to experience when they come to our stores. The vibe we create by using graphics, music, promotions, social networking and of course our products all work together to create a unique and fun experience but it is you, our potential employees, that can really make it something to remember.

Customer Service Assistant

 

Irregular Choice are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at our offices in Brighton's Lanes.

 

You will be interacting with customers of irregularchoice.com and our fans from all over the world, whilst also forging fantastic working relationships with our team in Brighton and beyond!

 

Our customers tend to be very happy people indeed, so your time should be focussed on responding to routine order requests, fielding calls and emails, solving issues and reporting problems.  Occasionally we will need to work some magic to cheer up an unhappy situation – this is where a flair for excellent service and a personal approach will be key to your success.

 

We are looking for someone who mixes a helpful, positive manner with a liberal dose of common sense and a big scoop of can-do-will-do-attitude to ensure that our customers are expertly cared for.  Team work is a must here as you will be communicating on a daily basis with our warehouse and office teams to ensure enquiries are answered in an efficient manner. You will need to be computer literate and have an eye for detail. Things can get fast paced, so you need to be able to multitask and work under pressure to be able to juggle phonecalls and e-mails.

 

Experience in a customer-facing environment will be looked upon favourably, as will experience in ECommerce, Fashion, Customer Service and/or Retail.  A love of the brand will also allow you to excel, as product knowledge will be a key skill that will allow you to engage fantastically with our customers.
