From time to time we have vacancies in both our Head Office in the UK and within our global store network.


Members of the very elite Irregular Choice team are expected to represent the brand and its ethos. Irregular Choice is known as fun, bright, and quirky. We offer a little piece of fantasy that customers can take away with them and this is what we want them to experience when they come to our stores. The vibe we create by using graphics, music, promotions, social networking and of course our products all work together to create a unique and fun experience but it is you, our potential employees, that can really make it something to remember.

Irregular Choice Office Assistant


The Brighton head office of footwear & accessories brand Irregular Choice have an opportunity for an Office Assistant.


Administration Support

Sales Documents – collating, creating, checking, updating and maintaining sales and marketing documents

Sales & Production & Shipping Documents – checking, highlighting and communicating issues

Liaising with head office, china, client teams (meeting, email, skype etc)


Sample Tracking

Tracking samples in & out, organising samples, finding samples, archiving samples


Office Support

Reception – meet & greet visitors at the door, answering the phone & transferring calls

Courier – packing/unpacking couriers with documentation, ordering/tracking delivery

Office items – online & physical purchasing

Invoice – checking & collating invoices related to courier & purchasing

Travel – researching & booking flight hotels

Office space – ensure the office is tidy & clean

Adhoc office support



Full training given for the role, however we are looking for

Good communicator

Keen to learn & proactive, with can-do attitude

Computer literate including proficient excel

Accurate, attention to detail, analytical

Organised & Tidy
