Sales Administrator - Irregular Choice - Fashion Head Office
Due to expansion we are looking for a new member of the team at our Brighton head office.
Design Asylum Retail head office of footwear brands (Irregular Choice, Mutiny by Irregular Choice, ICED by Irregular Choice, Men’s Irregular Choice, Poetic Licence) and Bags & Accessories (Irregular Choice)
Objective - To provide full administration of the seasonal sales process and support Irregular Choice International Brand & Business development to maximise sales to the right customers on time.
Colleagues - Report to & work with the Manager. Liaison between the team (production & marketing etc), International distributors/house accounts and China office (shipping/accounts)
Main responsibilities to ensure the following are prepared/received/monitored and actioned accurately and on time
* Seasonal brand sales information
* Preparation for sales meetings & tradeshows
* Sales sample order/delivery
* Sales order order/confirmation/delivery
* Customer research/new customer information
* Ad hoc support
• Good customer care skills
• Good written and verbal English
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Good computer and keyboard skills eg excel
• An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• An ability to work independently and as a team
• Good administrative skills
• Quick to learn
Experience an advantage but not essential
