Extended Christmas Returns
Customers who order from 4pm on the 24th November to 24th December have until the 8th January (or 14 days after receipt of order, whichever is later) to return their purchase for refund or exchange – any orders placed after this period will be subject to our normal returns policy.
Cancelling Your Order
Under EU legislation, and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for items purchased from IrregularChoice.com and delivered to you within the EU, for a refund.
You can return your order for exchange, refund, or credit using the enclosed return form supplied within your delivery. You must inform us within 14 days of receipt of your goods if you wish to make a return or an exchange. You can do this either by delivering the goods back to us as per our returns process, or emailing us at email@example.com to tell us of your intention to make a return or exchange. You can choose either of these options, however we must be informed within the 14 day timeframe, and the goods must then be returned to us within 14 days of your notification to us.
If you wish to cancel your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, please contact us via email, quoting your order number, stating your wish to cancel your contract and your intention to return all goods to us in original saleable quality. Emails must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and must reach us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must then be returned to us within 14 days of the date of your email.
We currently offer a free returns service for UK customers on any full priced item. Please contact us on email@example.com to request your returns label, if you have not received one within your delivery. We do not offer free returns for sale items during our sale period. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, and a refund is made for this reason. PLEASE NOTE: Free UK returns are only valid for items ordered from 4pm GMT on Thursday 5 November 2015. Orders placed previous to this time may not be valid for free returns.
Returning Goods to irregularchoice.com
Any goods which you have purchased from irregularchoice.com and intend to return to us are your responsibility until they are delivered to us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send your returned goods to us using insured and tracked delivery. Your use of the free UK returns service does not transfer liability for any loss to us if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse using our Royal Mail returns service within the UK, other methods may vary. Returns may take up to 7 days to process once received by our warehouse, sometimes longer if an exchange is requested.
Your return must be packaged appropriately and securely. Any items returned without outer packaging to protect the Irregular Choice box will be subject to a 10% deduction.
Please fully complete the returns form and return your goods to the address given on the form, incomplete or missing forms mean that we cannot process your return.
Returns to Irregular Choice Stores
Items purchased on irregularchoice.com can be refunded or exchanged for items of the same value or above (with additional charge) in any Irregular Choice store within the UK. The return must be made within 14 days of receipt and have the original Irregular Choice invoice as proof of purchase. Items that have been exchanged in store are then under the return policy of that store and cannot be returned for a refund.
If your item is faulty, then this must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Returns to Irregular Choice Concessions
You are unable to return any goods purchased on irregularchoice.com to our concession or franchise stores, such as those in Norwich or Leicester.
Faulty Item Received
If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone our customer service team on (+44) 1273 733 869 quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us - we will assist you in returning the goods so please do get in youch with us as soon as possible.
Wrong Item Received
If the item you received is not what you ordered, please contact email@example.com or telephone our customer service team on (+44) 1273 733 869 quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Discount Codes & Vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Please try our footwear on a carpeted surface to minimise wear. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
All items must be returned unworn in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
We are unable to accept returns on any pierced jewellery items due to hygiene reasons.
