Irregular Choice are looking for a Customer Service Manager
Irregularchoice.com is going from strength to strength, bringing iconic and unique fashion footwear to our fans all over the world, and we are looking for a new colleague to join the ECommerce/Brand team in our central Brighton Head Office. The role will be focussed on assisting our customers and Customer Service staff on a day-to-day basis, you must have previous experience of leading a customer-facing team to be considered for this role.

This is a full time, permanent role available for immediate start, the goal for this role will be to provide strong supervisory and managerial support to our current staff in a growing and busy department. You will have the opportunity to shape and lead this department to further success, so the successful applicant will demonstrate vision, confidence, personality and drive.
