Celebrating An Irregular Weekend!

As part of our Irregular Choice party at our Carnaby Street store back in May, we held a silent auction to raise money for Chestnut Tree House Charity. The Auction included prizes such as having a shoe named after you, an original sketch of your favourite shoe, and an 'Irregular day out'. What is that you ask?

Well, Hayley Nichols generous bid on this prize won her the chance to find out, and she took her lucky friend Lorraine along for the fun!

First up, Hayley and Lorraine headed to My Brighton and were welcomed into their beautiful room to find a personal letter and their agenda for their day from Dan!

They were then escorted to our Brighton store by the Irregular Choice team where they received VIP treatment. They were given goodie bags, and Hayley was able to pick out a pair of shoes on us. Being super fans, they also left with many more items to add to their collections!

Next on the agenda was a tour of Brighton's iconic Pavillion, the famous seaside pleasure palace of King George IV, full of inspiration and Regency grandeur. They enjoyed a real visual treat as both the exterior and interior are styled and decorated by a plethora of items he brought in from both India and China.

They followed this wonderful experience with a luxury afternoon tea in the Pavillion’s stunning tearooms.

After heading back to My Brighton to get dress up and of course change into their dancing shoes, they were taken to Brighton's Proud Cabaret, for a fabulous night of entertainment hosted by the iconic Dolly Rocked called ‘Big Top Burlesque’. The show and 3-course meal were held inside a stunning former mausoleum! All in all, the night was a visual treat for the eyes and the tummy!

We loved meeting Hayley and Lorraine and hope they had as much fun as we had planning their day! Thanks to My Brighton for making their day a special one and to everyone that helped us raise over two thousand pounds for Chestnut tree House!
