Irregular Choice are looking for an ECommerce Administrator

Irregular Choice is going from strength to strength, bringing iconic and unique fashion footwear to our fans all over the world, and we are looking for a hardworking and creative ECommerce Admin to join our team based at our Head Office in central Brighton. Immersed in all things ECommerce, you will look after irregularchoice.com from end to end, ensuring the site is looking great and trading perfectly.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a industrious person with strong Magento experience and an exacting eye for detail to take the reins of maintaining and improving our ECommerce site. You’ll be working closely with the ECommerce Manager, but will be responsible for all content on irregularchoice.com, so a sense of responsibility and diligence with a sales focussed mind is absolutely essential.

Daily tasks could range from listing new products, launching time sensitive limited edition ranges, chasing samples for photography, liaising between Warehouse and Marketing, to cross-site merchandising or tracking issues with our developers.

Key Skills...

  • Excellent command of English with a fun, creative copywriting style
  • Confident Magento user (other CMS experience considered)
  • Adept with Photoshop & simple photo editing
  • Visual merchandising, category creation, cross selling, upselling, improving conversion rates
  • Strong Excel skills (we’re not talking pivot tables and macros, we're talking complex csv data files!)
  • Highly organised - you will be collating information from many sources with varying deadlines
  • Understanding of SEO ideals and practises
  • Running reports and analysing data using GA
  • Sourcing feedback from our customers and improving our content accordingly
  • Commitment to produce high-quality and accurate content, developing information architecture and resources to help you work smarter

The following qualities are not essential but will be looked upon favourably, so please do tell us if you have an interest, relevant skills or experience in the below… 

  • Further languages, notably French, Spanish, German and/or Italian
  • Experience working Brand-side in Fashion/Footwear retail/wholesale
  • Experience in applying SEO concepts and best practises to website content
  • QC and fault finding both front and back end website issues
  • Experience using JIRA to communicate with developers
  • Experience working to guidelines with licensed products (eg Disney)

Irregular Choice are looking for a Customer Service Manager

Irregularchoice.com is going from strength to strength, bringing iconic and unique fashion footwear to our fans all over the world, and we are looking for a new colleague to join the ECommerce/Brand team in our central Brighton Head Office.  The role will be focussed on assisting our customers and Customer Service staff on a day-to-day basis, you must have previous experience of leading a customer-facing team to be considered for this role.

Key Skills...

  • Fluent and accurate in English, spoken and written
  • Experience dealing with customers via email, social media and over the telephone, in a senior retail or managerial role
  • Experience working in an ECommerce environment
  • An unshakable sense of confidence, duty, and personal responsibility to provide the best service possible
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise customers, issues, colleagues and team members minute to minute
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills with a knack for diplomacy and a respectful approach
  • An ability to think practically and laterally to solve a problem
  • A passion for Irregular Choice, and able to connect with our equally passionate fans
  • Computer literate, with solid dependable skills in commonly used programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Photoshop, browsers, CMS)

This is a full time, permanent role available for immediate start, the goal for this role will be to provide strong supervisory and managerial support to our current staff in a growing and busy department.  You will have the opportunity to shape and lead this department to further success, so the successful applicant will demonstrate vision, confidence, personality and drive.

We are looking for an confident, bubbly and bright experienced saleperson/supervisor to join our fabulous Irregular Choice Birmingham team at a supervisor level.  You must be sales driven and capable of delivering exceptional levels of customer service with personality and flair - a positive attitude is a must!
