Lovely design but a bit hard/uncomfortable

I LOVE the design and it is true to size however they are quite hard at the front, my toes feel squashed/squeezed even though the shoe is not pointy. I would also really value an anti slip sole, the design of the sole is very cute but it feels a bit slippery.
