We dispatch all orders from our UK warehouse, on working days (Monday - Friday). Order by 13:00 for same day dispatch on express services. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days; so for example if you order at 5pm on a Friday, your order will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.

All EU orders include VAT and will be charged any applicable duty at checkout, so your order will be delivered to you without any further Duty & VAT costs to pay. Most orders sent to the EU that are under €150 will not be charged Duty, so you may wish to split large value orders up into two or more smaller orders worth less than €150 to avoid duty charges.

Some international deliveries outside of the UK & EU may be subject to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions when sent from our UK warehouse. To comply with local legislation, you may be required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies, or import duty on your purchase at delivery, especially so if your order total is over £135/€150/$150. You will receive updates and tracking details directly from the courier regarding your delivery once it has been dispatched. Please note that Evri, UPS & FedEx emails will be sent to you via our delivery partners Scurri & Interdelta, and may go to your junk folder.
DPD & Evri also include 'in-flight' options such as delivery to a neighbour/collect from depot/shop where applicable. Please check your tracking details for further info.
We deliver to most countries in the world. If you have a working postal service where you live, chances are we can deliver to you! Please email us if you cannot see your country listed in the delivery destination chooser at checkout. Large international shipments may be split into smaller parcels where applicable due to weight and volume restrictions.
