Irregular Choice are looking for a Store Manager - Bond Street, Brighton

As a member of the Irregular Choice retail store management team, you are expected to represent the brand and its ethos. Irregular Choice is known as a fun, bright and quirky brand. It's a little piece of fantasy that the customer can take away with them. This is what we want the customer to experience when they come to our stores. The atmosphere we create in our stores with the music, furnishings, and products all work together to create a unique and fun experience. It is the floor staff, the sales team, the managers that can really make it an experience for the customer to remember. We want everyone who steps through the door to be greeted with a smile, to be made to feel welcome and to be served by someone who is happy to do that little bit extra to help them find something that they love. Even if the customer does not buy anything on their first visit if they have a positive experience they will come back, and recommend us to friends and family. The best promotion for any brand is positive word of mouth! The store manager has the ultimate responsibility for the store environment and the staff working at the store. The store manager should offer guidance, experience, and training where needed so that the assistant managers are empowered to run their stores within the guidelines of the business in the absence of the manager.

The successful candidate must possess the following skills:

    • One to two years of management experience within a footwear retail environment
    • A proven history of working within a customer service based role.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Appreciation of process management
    • Experience of working within a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to prioritise and delegate efficiently
    • Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word

                The key responsibilities of the job are:

                  • Develop and implement the customer service strategy focusing on the objectives of the business
                  • Management of store team
                  • Analyse performance to improve process and address issues
                  • Deliver daily sales and takings reports and update management
                  • Investigate issues and update management
                  • Develop new processes that improve customer service
                  • Manage and support the team
                  • Stock reporting

                                                              Footwear and accessories brand, Irregular Choice are looking for a creative and technically experienced International Digital Marketing Executive to grow and engage the brand's audience, bring new ideas, and lead the brand's social presence worldwide. Reporting to the International Digital Marketing Manager, this person will be at the forefront of everything social media, from current trends to planning and executing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

                                                              Day to Day Responsibilities:

                                                              • Social Media: Creating and scheduling posts on all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest etc. Accountable for the social audience and revenue growth
                                                              • Email marketing: Idea and concept generation, product placement, and reporting interaction and revenue results
                                                              • Influencer marketing: Research new and exciting people to work with that are in line with the brand. Curating new and relevant influencer content to share with the audience
                                                              • Creative content writing for the website
                                                              • Brand copywriting
                                                              • Analysis: Track and measure the performance of all campaigns to report company-wide and inform the social and email strategy moving forward.
                                                              • Collate brand press
                                                              • Plus new emerging digital marketing

                                                              The Candidate:

                                                              • Proven marketing experience
                                                              • Digital marketing degree or equivalent
                                                              • Creative and forward-thinking ideas
                                                              • Experience using digital marketing tools e.g. Later, Mailchimp, Google Analytics etc
                                                              • Excellent spelling, grammar, and writing skills
                                                              • Foreign languages an advantage
                                                              • High-level administration and attention to detail
                                                              • Strong verbal communication
                                                              • Proven experience of campaign analysis
                                                              • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
                                                              • Proactive, self starter
