Digital Content Creator

Digital Content Creator

Irregular Choice are looking for a Content Creator to join the team - develop and create high-quality and engaging photographic and video content for brand marketing, ecommerce website and social media channels

Footwear and accessories brand Irregular Choice is sold through our own ecommerce website, social media accounts and retail stores. Also, through wholesale accounts – shops and website worldwide

Main Duties

Gain a deep understanding of the brand, product and customer

Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques

Brainstorm creative ideas with the brand and digital teams

Create concepts for all mainline and collaboration launch and release products (Irregular Choice footwear, shoes, bags, accessories, jewellery, fashion etc)

Plan and deliver content to the line manager and for the digital marketing team to post in a timely manner adhering to the content calendar

Art direct, style, photograph / video and edit lifestyle images, videos, infographics, web banners, sneak peeks or other digital media and PPC formats

Build a relationship with each collaboration Licence and follow the approval process for all marketing assets. (current collections include Justice League, Transformers, Care Bears, Sanrio etc)

Support photographer, editing photos and videography as needed.

Distribute digital marketing assets to stockists internationally.

Collaborate with the graphic designer and copywriter to create press releases for each collaboration launch and distribute those.

Work with the graphic designer to create window decals for physical retail stores in UK and Australia.

Required skills

· Have at least 2 years of professional experience creating fun, engaging and innovative digital and brand content in a similar role

· Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences including Facebook, Instagram reels and stories), Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube etc

· Strong photography, short form videography and other digital asset creation skills (from phone / DSLR, to lighting to editing etc)

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software and apps

· Highly creative and innovative mindset

· Excellent research and keen interest keep up to date with trends and technology

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive can do attitude

· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines

· Impeccable attention to detail

· Preferably comfortable in front of the camera

· This is NOT a copywriting, content writing role

Digital Marketing Assistant

Digital Marketing Assistant

The head office of iconic international footwear, accessories and fashion brand Irregular Choice have a new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join the team.

The role

  • - To support the Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager and wider team to implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the company website
  • - Social Media – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Pintrest etc
  • - Coordinate the required product information and requirements for the team eg digital marketing, designer, content producer
  • - Manage and schedule post with product links, tags etc
  • - Manage related shops including merchandising, categories and stock
  • - Monitor social media channel feedback and engage accordingly
  • - Source and post user generated content
  • - Monitor fan sites
  • - Work with the team on inspiration, planning, implementation of newsletters
  • - Administration of photos, information and related stock information for newsletter styles
  • - Support the implementation of Klavyio (from Mailchimp)
  • - Research and connect with Influencers, liaising with them to make content
  • - Research and write blogs
  • - Monitor and analyse website analytics, campaign performance, and customer behaviour to come up with data-driven suggestions and writing reports when neccessary
  • - Forge a deep understanding of the brand, product, customer base
  • - Engage and collaborate with teams to ensure consistent brand message and customer experience across all digital channels
  • - Conduct market analysis to identify trends and analysis
  • - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements

  • - Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role
  • - Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, eg. SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing etc
  • - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas
  • - Ability to work proactively, independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • - Using Shopify to create PO's, updating prices etc.
  • - Stock Movements including stock takes analysis
  • - UK shipping logistic co-ordination
  • - Systems housekeeping
  • - Sales analysis
  • - Attending team meeting

Review the current processes and procedures, propose improvements and implement changes including but not limited to:

  • - Retail IT systems (currently excel / googlesheets, shopify, stocky
  • - Data information management
