Footwear and accessories brand, Irregular Choice are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. Based at our central Brighton Head Office, this role is focused primarily on marketing strategy and requires applicants to have a strong technical skillset. You'll get the chance to take the lead to deliver engaging, fun content and campaigns and produce awe-inspiring copy for our fans around the world, whilst driving sales and brand awareness.

Working closely with the Brand Manager and Ecommerce Manager you will develop, schedule, and deliver world-class marketing campaigns across many digital channels. You'll be able to deep dive statistics and extrapolate analytics to measure engagement and results, adjusting and adapting your strategy to drive revenue. You will be key to launching a new website alongside the Ecommerce manager.

Main Tasks:

  • Manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across multi-channel platforms (Email, Social Media, Communities, Website, Events)
  • Develop, schedule, and plan the brands digital marketing strategy
  • Measure, analyse, and report on marketing performance
  • Work with the creative team and Brand Manager to produce exciting, engaging on-brand content
  • Work with Retail and Ecommerce teams to ensure optimised sales
  • Identify new avenues and channels to connect with our fans

Key Skills:

  • Possess proven skills in digital marketing in a B2C environment
  • Sound understanding on SEO, PPC, segmentation, audience targeting, affiliate marketing
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach
  • Basic HTML skills, experience editing email templates
  • Experience using marketing scheduling tools & social platforms for business
  • Excellent fluent English and ability to write fantastic copy for digital channels
  • On top of trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Experience managing and working with external agencies

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience using Magento or Shopify, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Wordpress, JIRA, Photoshop, Illustrator, AdWords

Irregular Choice, the established online footwear, accessories and fashion retailer, has a fantastic opportunity for a full time hardworking and enthusiastic Stock Control Merchandiser / Administrator, to join the Brighton head office team.

Objective: To ensure the smooth running of the retail merchandising administration, so that stores/web receive the optimum level of stock.

Product: Irregular Choice footwear, bags & accessories.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data entry into excel documents and retail IT system e.g. product information, season information, pricing
  • Uploading data into retail IT system e.g. deliveries, scanner info
  • Processing data e.g. purchase orders, transfers
  • Running, distributing and collating reports eg branch reports, specific customer reports, weekly sales, best sellers
  • Checking and reviewing data e.g. delivery discrepancies, POS stock levels
  • Liaising with other departments (stores, warehouses) e.g. sending information & documents, chasing data

Irregular Choice are looking for an Ecommerce Website Manager

Irregular Choice is going from strength to strength, bringing iconic and unique fashion footwear and accessories to our fans all over the world, and we are looking for an experienced ECommerce Website Manager to join our team based at our Head Office in central Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an industrious person with strong Magento and/or Shopify Plus experience and an exacting eye for detail to take the reins of maintaining our existing ECommerce site and developing new projects

The Role: 

  • To oversee all elements of developing a new site for, liaising with all stakeholders and ensuring delivery on time and to budget (R+D, discovery, design, functionality, integrations)
  • Single point of contact to liaise with developers and external suppliers, maintaining the smooth running of the site and all integrated systems
  • Identify issues and improve the site, managing budgets, prioritising, and scheduling deployments and fixes effectively
  • Keep abreast of best practice and industry advances
  • Work effectively to collaborate with other departments

Experience Required:

  • At least two years as an ECommerce/Product Manager, ideally B2C brand side in Fashion/Footwear
  • At least two years experience as a team manager, leading teams directly and remotely
  • Strong project management skills, ideally with past experience in re-platforming
  • Hands-on, creative approach
  • Experience working with Agile processes
  • Adept at communicating effectively with colleagues, agencies, stakeholders

This is a full time, estimated one-year contract role, available for immediate start.
