Irregular Choice are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager

Based at our central Brighton Head Office, this role is focussed primarily on marketing strategy and requires applicants to have a strong technical skillset. You'll get the chance to take the lead to deliver engaging, fun content and produce awe-inspiring copy for our fans around the world, whilst driving sales and brand awareness.

Working closely with the Brand Manager and ECommerce Manager to develop, schedule, and deliver world-class marketing content across many digital channels. You'll be able to deep dive statistics and extrapolate analytics to measure engagement and results, adjusting and adapting your strategy to everyone's benefit.

Main Tasks

  • Manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across multi-channel platforms (Email, Social Media, Communities, Website, Events)
  • Develop, schedule, and plan the brands digital marketing strategy
  • Measure, analyse, and report on marketing performance
  • Work with the creative team and Brand Manager to produce exciting, engaging on-brand content
  • Work with Retail and ECommerce teams to ensure optimised sales
  • Identify new avenues and channels to connect with our fans

Key Skills

  • Possess proven skills in digital marketing in a B2C environment
  • Sound understanding on SEO, PPC, segmentation, audience targeting, affiliate marketing
  • Highly analytical with a data driven approach
  • Basic HTML skills, experience editing email templates
  • Understanding of Springbot or similar marketing platform
  • Excellent fluent english and ability to write fantastic copy for digital channels
  • On top of trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Experience managing and working with external agencies

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience using Magento, Springbot, Mailchimp, Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Wordpress, JIRA, Photoshop, Illustrator, AdWords
  • Experience working brand-side in a close-knit business
  • Interest in fashion and/or footwear
  • Hands-on attitude with a sharp retail/sales mind
  • Strategic planner with end-to-end approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to draw out the best in colleagues and key stakeholders
  • Highly knowledgeable with a strong level of confidence and responsibility
  • Experience managing and working with external agencies

Irregular Choice are looking for a Brand Assistant

We require a creative, quick thinking, enthusiastic individual to join us a Brand Assistant at our central Brighton Head Office.  The role is diverse, so a strong creative skillset is required!  You'll be working directly with and supporting the Brand Manager on a day-to-day basis and will assist in any brand-related tasks that may come up.

 Photography/Video

You will possess a flair for product and lifestyle photography/videography, be able to produce high-quality work independently as well as take direction and work to a creative brief.  We focus on bright, fun, interesting images so your creative style should be complimentary to our brand image.  You should be confident working in studio environments, adept at studio lighting, and be able to create fantastic work anywhere you may be with whatever you have to hand.  You'll also have the opportunity to come up with your own ideas, and see these through to completion, sourcing props and clothing, location scouting, and editing stills and moving image into the finished product for our marketing team.

PR/Marketing

You'll keep an up-to-date list of bloggers, press, and influencers that we work with, and assist with communications.  You'll liaise with them, arrange creative collaborations and gifting, and organise product loans/samples both incoming and outgoing.  You'll organize and compile a monthly round-up of the brand's press coverage around the world.

Product Photography

You'll organise product photography with our external team, making sure samples are checked for accuracy and images are produced and distributed on time to a high quality and standard.  You'll be able to product ad-hoc product photographs when needed, and will keep our image archive tidy, correctly organised, and well-maintained.

Irregular Choice have an opportunity for an Office Assistant at our central Brighton Head Office.

 Key Skills

Main Tasks

  • Checking, updating, and maintaining documentation for the wholesale team
  • Tracking, organising, collating, archiving samples
  • Reception duties - receiving deliveries, greeting visitors, answering the phone
  • Managing inbound/outbound deliveries, collating inventory and customs documentation
  • Purchasing supplies/stationery
  • Researching and booking travel/accomodation/services for colleagues
  • Keeping office clean and tidy and reporting any issues
  • Adhoc support to team
