i took a 42 (i am a 41 but always need "wide fit" to feel confortable) and it fits well (they're a lil' big as i am normally 41 and not 42, but too big is better than too small with shoes !!! and i can always put on big socks ;-) )

This is the first time I have bought a pair of flat shoes from Irregular Choice and I've just bought the pair in the other colour! I found these a bit 'clompy' to begin with as I usually wear shoes with a thicker sole. These also had more foot coverage, which I don't usually go for in shoes, and they feel a bit snug around my feet but this could be because they are new and I haven't worn them a lot. Having said that, I'm really happy with these and they're good every day shoes. Tip - I found that scuffs on the rubber around the toes can be removed with a (clean!) pencil eraser :-)
