Social Media Content Producer / Creator

At Irregular Choice we strive to create a fun, sparkling, eccentric world for our customers every single season through incredible footwear and accessories! You can expect bold, bright, glittery, sometimes light-up styles on the shelves to work with!

We are looking for a hard-working, organised individual with the ability to adapt and grow within our team. We may be small in size but we bring about worldwide launches, major collaborations and global trends every year.

Duties include

Produce content for social media

· For Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.
- - · Eg. video content for Instagram reels and stories, manage Tiktok account
· Coordinate with team to confirm selected styles
· Proposal of content to meet the brief– i.e. theme, props, look
· Obtain / return props
· Obtain / return stock
· Do your own modelling of shoes etc
· Produce & edit content
· Creative writing
· Music selection
· Select most effective hashtags
· Obtain approval
· Schedule posts
· Review effectiveness

Ideal skills and attributes

General

· Highly creative
· Excellent eye for detail
· Full of ideas, while spotting new trends
· Works well in fast-paced environment
· Good communication
· Excellent creative writing and grammar
· Must be able to work on site in Shoreham where the studio, product and team are located.

Technical

· Experienced at producing social media content
· Quick and keen to learn new technology eg apps
· Up to date on digital marketing trends for social media
· Camera & lighting including professional digital camera, iphone etc
· IT literate – Excel / Googlesheets, Photoshop, editing apps

Customer Service Advisor

Irregularchoice.com is going from strength to strength, bringing iconic and unique fashion footwear to our fans all over the world, and we have a vacancy within the ECommerce / Retail team in our Shoreham based Head Office. The role will be focused on assisting our customers on a day-to-day basis, via email, social platforms, CMS systems, telephone liaising with internal departments, stores and stockists.

Duties include but not limited to

· Responding to customer enquiries both on email and social media platforms
· Resolving delivery issues and communicating with courier suppliers on behalf of customers
· Liaise with other departments in warehouse to resolve issues
· Work closely with warehouse team to ensure customer satisfaction
· Use of ecommerce platforms (Shopify)
· Knowledge of Irregular Choice products
· Keep Google Docs up to date

Key Skills

· Fluent and accurate in English, spoken and written
· Experience dealing with customers via email, social media and/or over the telephone
· A strong sense of duty and personal responsibility to provide the best service possible
· Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise issues minute to minute
· Impeccable interpersonal skills with a knack for diplomacy
· An ability to think practically and laterally to solve a problem
· Computer literate, with solid dependable skills in commonly used programs (Excel, Word, GSuite, Shopify)

This is a full time, permanent role available for immediate start, £NMW plus targeted bonus, 23 days holiday + bank holidays, upto 12 days working from home, 1 company lunch per month
