Very cute but extremely small

I usually wear a 9-9.5 im US sizes so I opted for a 41 in both pairs I ordered from IC. the other pair fit perfectly but this one ran so small i couldn't even get half my foot in it. I didn't have a measuring tape handy so I compared them with a string run along the sole and this style was several inches shorter, I almost wonder if it was mislabeled. Very dissappointing because the style is so cute and returning from overseas is a huge pain that I was hoping to avoid.

I bought these Wildflower Wonder shoes as a gift for my daughter in law, she loved them. Very comfortable and sh loved the fact that she could wear them in all seasons with a variety of outfits. Will definitely be buying more, maybe different designs
